This rush service involves picking up your shipment and delivering it directly to the recipient without delay. The elapsed time between pick-up and delivery should not exceed 1 1/2 hrs within the same zone but this time will vary depending on highway conditions.

All Direct services must be called in by 3:00 p.m.

With our Same Day service, packages are picked up on scheduled runs and delivered by 5:00 p.m. The last scheduled pick-up for Same Day delivery is 2:30 p.m.

This service entails picking up your package and delivering it by noon the next working day. The last pick-up time for Overnight Priority is 4:30 p.m.

With this service, packages are delivered by the end of the working day following the day they are picked up. The last pick-up time for Overnight Regular is 4:30 p.m.

MyCityCourier currently picks up packages in the Greater Toronto Area cities of Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville. We deliver to all other cities and municipalities from Niagara through Hamilton to Oshawa and along a northern swath following Highway 9, Highway 11, Highway 14 to Highway 5.

Please see our rate sheet and our Terms and Conditions for details regarding costs and acceptable shipments. Costs calculated on this site are accurate based on your input but may be adjusted for the invoice if the actual weight of the consignment exceeds your estimate.

While we will accept shipments of several hundred kilograms, they must conform to our weight and size guidelines:

• Individual pieces in the shipment should be no more than 40 kilos in weight.
• Boxes should be on average 106.5 cm (42") long x 76 cm (30") wide x 122 cm (48") high, or approximately 1 cu metre. Packages up to 188 cm (72.5") long will be accepted but the total cubical content should not exceed 1 cu metre.
