Customer Account Information
Personal accounts require packages to be sent either COD or prepaid. If you create a Business account, one of our representatives will contact you about setting up a credit account.

Your customer login name and password is what you will use to access your account information and request package pickup. The login name must be unique, and between 3 and 30 characters. Your password must also be between 3 and 30 characters.
